This scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in one of the following programs associated with the Ruth Powell Hutchins Water Center:
-Watershed Science Minor in the Geosciences Program
-Associate of Applied Science in Water Quality Management
-Associated of Applied Science in Sustainable Agriculture
-Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
-Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Technology
-River Studies and Leadership Certificate
