Taylor D. Hickman Memorial Scholarship

Taylor D. Hickman was a wonderfully creative, gifted artist with an amazing ability to work from an open heart. He took inspiration from one of Thoreau’s quotes: ""most men lead lives of quiet desperation."" This quote was the driving force behind his senior art show at CMU held in March of 2023. Art was his passion, and we will always honor his creative spirit and artistic soul. Sharing our lives through art is wonderful, but art matters because the people behind the art matter even more.
