Stanley E and Ruth M T Johnson Family Endowed Scholarship - Nursing and Other

The Fw.1d is being established by THE STANLEY E & RUTH M T JOHNSON FAMILY in memory of STANLEY E & RUTH MT JOHNSON. Mr. & Mrs. Johnson established a masonry manufacturing and sales business in California more than 50 years go and along with their son Michael Johnson, expanded this business into Grand Junction 20 years ago by opening the Brickyard, a retail and ,,1holesalc facility with a full range of brick, stone, masonry block, landscape supplies and many other products. And later added Badger Blocks of Colorado, Inc. to their business group.
During trust planning their daughter Betsy Midkiff, living in Grand Junction, and Michael encouraged their parents to support higher education by insuring that a gift be made to Mesa State College. Mrs. Johnson passed away December 15, 1995 and Mr. Johnson passed away on November 25, 2004.
