Liff Miller Business Scholarship

The Locke Academic Scholarship Fund is established in honor of Mary E. Locke, Colorado Mesa University (Mesa State College) Political Science Political Science 1989, Bachelor of Arts, and Magna Cum Laude.

Neal Locke, is an alumnus of the University of Colorado 1951, with a Bachelor of Science Business majoring in Accounting. He is retired from the Shell Oil Tax organization after 32 years of service.
