Eric & Nova Bradford

The Neil Bradford Scholarship was established by Eric and Noah Bradford, in memory of their loving father, Neil Bradford. They wish to provide support to students who have the potential to further his or her education and pursue a career in the field of health and fitness. Neil Bradford began his career in health and fitness by as a child, running a basement “health club” for neighborhood playmates, and charging a quarter admission fee. As an adult, he began taking exercise physiology classes in the 1980s at Mesa State College. He studied exercise physiology classes and formally started his career in the health and fitness industry. Working at Crossroads as an athletic trainer and becoming certified in the American College of Sports Medicine, he soon worked his way to manager of Crossroad Health and Fitness. Through the years, he was heavily involved and committed to the local community in health/wellness initiatives. He lectured senior students in the Mesa State College Department of Kinesiology every semester and arranged many internships at Crossroads Health and Fitness. His dedication to living strong and healthy was evident through his years of determination and dedication to the fitness industry and by the way he led his own life, always committed to personal fitness, activity, and healthy lifestyle choices.
