CMU Alumni Ceramic Scholarship

The Scholarship is being established by the Mesa State College Art Department, Studio Arts, Ceramics alumni. The initial funding for this Endowed Scholarship Fund was generated by an exhibit and silent auction of ceramics pieces crafted by alumni of the MSC ceramics program and MSC ceramic professors. Additional funding has been and will continue to be raised by ceramic students offering their pieces for sale through the Johnson Art Gallery at the end of each semester. A portion of the revenue generated by these sales is used to fund this scholarship with the intent of providing yearly support to a Studio Arts major, focusing in ceramics, who has the potential to further his/her education with financial assistance.
