Carl and Betty Wahlberg Partners Scholarship

The Fund is being established by earl and Betty Wahlberg. earl and Betty Wahlberg came to Mesa State College in 1972 where Carl retired in 1992. During those years he served in various administrative roles from Interim President (1974-75) to Emeritus Executive Assistant to the President. They are establishing this fund to encourage Partners graduates to further their education.
